"The 25th Annual West Central Neighborhood House and Garden Tour will highlight gardens, historic homes and other buildings from the 19th and 20th centuries in an effort to promote neighborhood revitalization and historic preservation. Also featured during the tour will be the West Central Arts Fest showcasing the talents of neighborhood visual and performing artists."
