The city today held a press conference providing details about a new downtown development that would include a downtown baseball park, a new hotel, and residential and retail developments.
We were at the presentation today and we took pictures and video, which you can see here on the blog.

Can someone tell me how many seats this new stadium would have?

Current plans call for 5,000 fixed seats and 3,000 additional seats such as lawn areas. This is subject to change considering the deal with Hardball Capital is not yet final.
