- City has buy options on all properties in development footprint, including 20 private homes, with expectations for the properties to be bought before July 1
- City will buy all of the properties regardless of how the Harrison Square project turns out
- Bill's Palace Restaurant will remain unsold
Considering the sell-by dates, might we see groundbreaking for the project by late summer?
