There is nothing I dislike less than the "rant" section of the fort wayne newspaper. In my opinion, if you cannot put your name on a comment then it isnt worth making. The Rant is one step up from grafiti on a wall. I cannot believe how much weight has been given to these rants. The News Sentinel printed a special edition to highlight these things. Letters to the Editor carry weight with me, anonymous rants do not.

Agreed. This is why we have chosen to leave a link to these comments instead of using the space on our site.
I don't think many constructive thoughts or discussions have ever come from a section of the paper called, "The Rant."
I, for one, am certainly always willing to put my name next to my comments!
