Would allow cities, counties to pool resources

From the article:
"The mayor also continued his pitch for the $125 million public private investment in downtown Fort Wayne known as Harrison Square.
He thanked the chamber’s board for unanimously supporting the project, which calls for new shopping, condominiums, a new hotel and a city-owned baseball stadium downtown.
He told the group that the project presents a unique opportunity to grow downtown. He also provided a brochure of the project’s highlights and a card for comments about the proposal. The brochure included contact information for every member of the Fort Wayne City Council, who will eventually decide whether to move the project forward"
What do you think about having a regional development authority for northeast Indiana?

we should definitely encourage regional development authority in order to implement as many educated ideas into the Harrison Square project as possible--the more the better.
