"The city administration will introduce two bills related to the project, one to approve the extension of the Jefferson-Illinois Economic Development Area designation and one to approve a portion of the public financing for the project."

"On April 17, the council is expected to begin its discussions over the request to council to pledge $26 million in County Economic Development Income Tax dollars and about $1 million in Light Lease funds for the $125 million project."
