"The city Redevelopment Commission – the arm of city government that owns the land where Harrison Square would be located – is expected to discuss the project. Two long-awaited memoranda of understanding may be completed in time for the meeting, one between the city and Hardball Capital, the owner of the Wizards; and the other between the city and the developers of a proposed hotel."
