"City officials filed site development plans Wednesday for the proposed Harrison Square project in time to be considered during the city plan commission’s August meeting."

"The plan also includes detailed information about the elevation, square footage and total acreage for the stadium, parking garage, condominiums and hotel that are part of the $130 million project. The plans give more information about the location of the baseball stadium scoreboard, which would hang from the side of the parking garage and would not be easily seen from outside the stadium."

"The city plan commission will vote whether to approve the site plan during its meeting Aug. 27"

"The plan commission will consider the rezoning during a public hearing Monday. The commission could vote to OK the changes during its meeting July 23.

The City Council must sign off on the zoning changes, [John] Perlich said. The council introduced an ordinance doing just that Tuesday night and sent the bill to committee for debate."
