"Thursday marks the end of four months of brainstorming for the North River Task Force, and the beginning of a concrete plan to develop 29 acres north of the St. Marys River between Harrison and Clinton streets."
"The task force, given 120 days by Mayor Graham Richard to determine the best use for the land, meets for the final time Thursday at the Allen County Public Library downtown."
"The development will incorporate single and multifamily residences, commercial development and green space. It also allows for the possibility of a “regional attraction facility,” such as a water park and hotel, an aquarium, ice rinks or a sports facility."
