Come to the open house tonight at 5:30PM at the Grand Wayne Center to see more and to have an opportunity to provide your input directly to the developers!

I'm a person that does support the Harrison Square project. I would consider the purchase of a condoninium if the price is affordable. What is the price range?
Also if I'm living in the down town area then I would want a gorcery store and a movie theater with in walking distance so that I would not have to go to the suburbs for food or entertainment. Does the Harrison Square project have plans for both of these?

wow!
whaupert,
The original price point was a little too high I thought - $190k-$280k for 850-1150 sq ft.
I think they'll have to adjust that somewhat. Perhaps someone that attended tonight's meeting heard the latest numbers.
There are no plans for a new grocery store although there are a few within a couple miles...
There already is a movie theater downtown. Cinema Center's downtown location is on Clay Street. It's the area's only independent movie house, and they offer a very diverse lineup of indie films, documentaries, plus some traditional mainstream fare. If you've not been, I highly recommend checking it out.
