Final Schedule Set For Wiz Kids

Wizards release slate for final year at Memorial Stadium

"The Fort Wayne Wizards will begin its final season at Memorial Stadium on Thursday, April 3, against Lansing."

"The Wizards’ final home game of the season on Thursday, Aug. 28, against South Bend will also mark the last game at Memorial Stadium as the team prepares to move into their downtown ballpark at the start of the 2009 season."

Maybe the majority who don't approve this travesty will just boycott the whole 2008 season - I know I will not be attending a Wizards game in 2008 unless the downtown boondoggle gets stopped. Hardball needs to schedule some real winners to get people out there next season. All you "play -pen seeking" younger folks better support them or they just might lose their shirt. John B. Kalb
