"Political junkies from all perspectives and those who are new to the political scene are encouraged to attend YLNI the VOTE's candidate forum tomorrow at the Allen County Public Library downtown. Meet the candidates running for each city office from 5:30 to 6 p.m. in meeting rooms A and B. The forum, moderated by Michelle Gladieux, will start promptly at 6 p.m. featuring questions written by YLNI members. You will also be able to pick up a copy of the 24-page candidate brochure (PDF) that's been getting buzz around town and register to vote for the Nov. 6 election.

Local elections can often be close, and our votes really do make a difference. Less than 100 votes have decided who has won or lost elected offices in Fort Wayne and Allen County over the past decade, including current office holders."
