"Bond and lease agreements were finalized Friday, allowing bonds to go to market for construction of a new Courtyard by Marriott hotel and parking garage associated with the project that also includes condominiums and retail shops.
Fort Wayne City officials anticipate receiving construction bids for building the deck of the parking garage at the end of this month.
Greg Leatherman/Deputy Director of Development: " Those bids have to do with ordering up the pre-formed concrete ramps that are a part of the construction of a parking deck, um, again, seeing things come up out of the ground is probably not until spring time, but a lot of work is being done that is at the surface or below.""
