Cajun fare joins tri-level Columbia Street West

"A new eatery called Bourbon Street Hideaway, in the basement of Columbia Street West, will open for dinner in mid- to late February.

You can get a sneak peek from 5 to 10 p.m. Feb. 5, when Columbia Street will have a preview party to show off its three levels: the restaurant, the club on the main floor and the banquet room upstairs.

Bourbon Street Hideaway, with its stone walls and fountain, wrought iron railing, antique cash register and fireplace, oozes a cozy, Old World charm. The music will be a mix of blues, jazz and Zydeco."
