Now if Karen Francisco at the J.G. will take up J.R. Gaylor's (of the Indiana State Associated Builders & Contractors)offer in his letter to the editor on 9/3/07, we can find out how much our city is going to waste on this projects bid packages. The total would probably have saved enough that Fort Wayne could have funded 5 or 6 police and/or fire personnel for a year. But no, we go through the mickey-mouse of a "public common wage law" since taxes are paid by the public.
