"The Fort Wayne, Indiana Downtown Improvement District today announced the hiring of Richard C. Davis as its new President.

Mr. Davis, who will assume his new role on April 28, has served since 2001 as Executive Director of the Pawtucket (RI) Foundation, a privately-sponsored not-for-profit enterprise focused on civic and economic revitalization within Pawtucket and adjacent communities in the Blackstone Valley. He has previously served as Executive Director of Intown Manchester (NH) and of Downtown Columbus (OH), Inc."
