"[Mitch Harper] said he is also an advocate for enhancing the city’s trail system and supports downtown development, although he expressed concerns with the financing of Mayor Graham Richard’s Harrison Square proposal. The $125 million public-private development includes a new downtown hotel, shopping, housing and a city-owned baseball stadium. Harper said the public financing package doesn’t appear to be complete for the project."
