"The Loons drew a crowd of 5,484 for Sunday's 8-3 loss to Fort Wayne, boosting the season total to 319,049; that works out to an average of just under 4,800.

"We're going to come in at around 324,200 for the year," Barbeau said. "In terms of percent-of-capacity, we'll finish second to Dayton this year in the league. And we've got a market of about 400,000 people within a 40-mile radius of the ballpark; Dayton's got over a million.""
