Fort Wayne moving forward
"As to Harrison Square, Fort Wayne is a nice little city, but has not yet made the transition to being world class. The Harrison Square project is a beginning. We do not need old, obsolete structures in our downtown area. Revitalization is a necessity. If the city government has made an error with Harrison Square, it is an error on the side of goodness. Doing nothing would be worse."
