"Martin Goldstine Knapke, one of Fort Wayne’s largest commercial and residential real estate companies has made it easy for the public to view a finished condominium unit before the first hammer is drawn.

Within its vast office space adjacent to Berghoff Place, the company has literally built one of the condos, minus the bedrooms. The interior model features an entrance, kitchen, closets and living room. The model allows interested condo buyers to visualize the interior of one of the proposed condominiums offered in The Harrison.

According to Mike Brita, sales manager for the residential division of Martin Goldstine Knapke, the model is important because of the accelerated enthusiasm and interest in buying a condo in The Harrison."

"“I think that what we are going to realize in the near future is people looking at downtown in a different way and open to trying something different,” adds Bill Martin, CEO, Martin, Goldstine, Knapke. “I think that Harrison Square is an example of a lot of midwestern cities that you see coming back. It’s St. Louis, Indianapolis, South Bend, Toledo, you just start seeing some of these midwestern cities realizing that they have a great location, they have lots of things going on and they are asking themselves, what can we do to make it better? And, you have to start somewhere.”"
